We appreciated the foundational importance of great listening, while gaining an understanding of how truly hard it is to listen well. We practiced an actionable tool for more curious listening and learned three simple (but not easy) "rules" of how to listen.

Practice
Find an opportunity (or multiple!) to practice supercharging a conversation.
Notice when you are tempted to block.
See how things shift when you commit to supercharging. How does the other person respond? What shifts in you?
Be ready to share when we meet next.
