Commitment to Equity

we take action

We are actively working to build a more equitable workplace by intentionally creating more inclusive access to leadership development opportunities. Our commitment is two-fold:

  • Two percent of proceeds from every corporate partner goes directly to an LC scholarship that funds development for underrepresented communities.

  • We provide consultation at no charge to individuals from historically marginalized groups.

we are passionate

We stand for purposeful inclusion and build environments where all can feel safe, welcomed, valued, and given an opportunity to form meaningful connections with others and for themselves.

we are committed

We work to amplify and stand with people of color, people from LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities, neurodiverse individuals, and those looking for guidance from either end of the age spectrum. All gender identities are welcome at The LC.

we know clearly

In order to drive towards the foothold of intersectional progress that this world requires, we need to create intentional and equitable efforts that change the landscape of whom we invest in as leaders.

we believe

As we heighten our focus on bringing in more diverse perspectives, we must also systemically change the environment in which people grow, to enable all talent to thrive.
