We’ll take stock of how we are all immersed in ‘digital time,’ and embrace holistic balance as a way to achieve well-being across six key dimensions. Rethinking the concept of time, we’ll expand our experience of it beyond a linear construct, understanding how to actively gain ‘time affluence,’ and to build a culture of wellness.
We’ll slow the world down, with the “science of savoring,” and explore specific strategies for rebalancing and reorienting our teams, inspiring dynamic, positive shifts.
Expanding our notions of what finding balance really means in today’s world, we step into greater agency for ourselves. We’ll examine the “tyranny of time,” shifting our mindset as we introduce new tools to holistically and proactively manage our busy lives.
