We’ll understand the importance of becoming literate in power, reframing how we think of it, while we look for — and celebrate! — “alt” power. Exploring how “old” power leads to a thick web of expectation, we will instead reimagine shared power, embracing a partnership paradigm.
Putting our unique privileges to work, we’ll understand why “going to the margins" is essential and what it means to ‘come into the sunshine of power.”
