What We Study
We’ll learn how to earn people’s attention by giving them ours, and to embrace conversations as “a dance, not a duel.” Reconsidering listening as connection, as “event, never just scenery,” we’ll discover the art of supercharging those with whom we engage.
We’ll dive deep into active listening and learn to practice our ‘giraffe language,’ in every interaction, coming away with powerful, transformative tools for growth and positive change in our teams.
